Updates and a Short Features
I tried to do NaNoWriMo this year, but I've been pretty unsuccessful. As of right now, I have to write about 15000 words to get back on track. I'm 23, 567 words right now but should have 40000 by 12 tonight. Clearly, I'm not going to make it.
But unlike previous years where I've lost the motivation or interest, this year it was all about lack of time. I have too much homework and other stuff going on this year to focus on writing a novel, no matter how much I love the idea and want to see it prosper. But don't let that fool you into thinking I don't want to finish the novel. NaNoWriMo may end with me not having a 50000 word novel by the end
A Short One
I've had a lot of homework recently and also some very busy weekends, so I apologize for not having any features recently. But I've managed to find some time to do a short one this weekend.
In other news, I hate doing speeches. And in addition, speech is such an ugly word. It sounds like a sticky, slowly rotting peach with a bunch of flies swarming around it. Blech.
Needless to say, I'm dreading Monday, when I'll have to present.

Quickie Post
Sorry I haven't done a feature in a little over two weeks. I've been super-duper busy! I'm really sorry about that, guys! But I'll really try to get something in this weekend, I promise! As far as I know, I'm only busy on Sunday because it's my uncle's 80th birthday.
In other news, my teeth really hurt, especially because I got rubber bands in my mouth in addition to the braces. :(
Anyways, that's all for now! Again, I apologize!
The Sniffles
So I woke up sick yesterday morning and have been since. Don't you just hate colds? And not being able to breathe through your nose when you're eating?
Anyways, since I have the sniffles, now seems like as good a time as ever to do a feature blog! When the cold coops you up in the house for two days, do a weekly feature!
And if anyone knows how I can add image links to my own work so I can do a little shameless self-promotion piece in my features, that'd be greatly appreciated!
